Birth-Keeping services
A birth-keeper is a woman who supports other women in pregnancy, labor & birth. My services extend from pregnancy through postpartum.
I offer as much or as little support as you need. I’m here to answer any questions you may have about your growing baby or changing body. We can explore what your dream birth looks like, how to achieve it, & ways to set yourself up for a blissful, nourishing & supportive postpartum phase.
I will:
❀ Hold your hand on the emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy
❀ Support you in sitting with & working through your fears
❀ Provide tools & resources to support you (including any part of the empowered mama mentorship curriculum that you’re interested in exploring).
❀ Help manage labor pains
❀ Assist with newborn care
❀ Assist with immediate postpartum care
❀ Assist with afterbirth cleanup
❀ Basic level breastfeeding support
❀ Offer reassurance & guidance to your partner or birth team
❀ Be your cheerleader!
Includes: 5 prenatal visits, 1 postpartum visit, and text/talk support throughout your pregnancy.
In-person services reserved exclusively for home births.

Arie was everything you could expect and ask for in a doula. She even went the extra miles literally and traveled 3+ hours to attend and assist the birth. It was me and my husband’s first child and we wanted an unmedicated home birth. It was everything I expected and more. I loved that she educated our moms about the process, helped my husband help me with the contractions, captured all of the emotions and greats moments and kept me head strong. The miracle she helped birth is a month today and I’m thankful she was a part of her birth. She’s an amazing doula for anyone looking. Definitely will be booking her for any of my future births.

Arie was an amazing friend & huge part of my support system during my twin pregnancy. Originally we planned for her to be present during the birth but my spontaneous 2-hour labor didn’t give her a chance to make it in time. She still drove about 3 hours from out of town to come support me and she made it right after I had just given birth. She was so helpful and attentive to me immediately after walking through the door. She helped clean my birthing space, helped me to the shower, got my hair right, helped prepare my first nourishing postpartum meal, helped me bind my belly, captured beautiful photos, and stayed right by my side through the night for comfort and support. She was amazing, and she made my experience complete! She’s definitely the most loving & supportive doula you can have by your side during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I would definitely LOVE to have her at future births. 🙏🏾
